Shipping Policy

We deliver across South Africa using trusted courier partners. You’ll receive a waybill number once your order has been dispatched so you can track your delivery.

Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location. Please note that delays may occur once your parcel is with the courier – we cannot be held responsible for these delays.

Shipping Fees
The shipping costs are R100. We do not cover the cost of returns.

Returns
Should you wish to return an item, the shipping fee will be your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable courier service. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in return transit.

Important
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for parcels delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses or for parcels not collected.

Issues with Delivery?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of receiving it so we can assist.
